License Agreement for StockStudio

This License Agreement (the "Agreement") is made between Kadang Kesel Studio ("Licensor") and you ("Licensee") for the use of StockStudio desktop application. By installing or using this software, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Licensor grants you a:

• Non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use StockStudio
• Right to use the software on unlimited devices you own or control
• Permission to use generated content (metadata, keywords, descriptions) for commercial purposes
• License to export and distribute your own content processed through StockStudio

2. Permitted Uses

You may use StockStudio to:

• Generate metadata for your own images and videos for stock platforms
• Use AI features with your own API keys from OpenAI, Google, or other providers
• Export generated content to any stock photography platform
• Use the software for personal, freelance, or commercial stock content creation
• Process client work if you are a professional content creator or agency

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the StockStudio application
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the software to create competing metadata generation tools
• Share your installation files or license with others
• Use the software for illegal activities or copyright infringement

4. AI Services Integration

StockStudio allows integration with third-party AI services. You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for obtaining and managing your own API keys
• Usage costs for AI services are your responsibility
• Third-party AI services have their own terms of service
• StockStudio does not control or guarantee AI service availability
• Generated content quality depends on the AI service used

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate using StockStudio. This includes your original images, videos, and any metadata generated by the software. Licensor claims no rights to your content.

6. Third-Party Components

6.1 ExifTool

• Library: ExifTool by Phil Harvey
• License: GNU General Public License v3.0
• Purpose: Reading and writing image metadata

7. Updates and Support

Licensor may provide updates, patches, or new versions of StockStudio. Updates may be automatic or require manual installation. Support is provided on a best-effort basis through official channels.

8. Privacy and Data

StockStudio processes all data locally on your device. No files, metadata, or personal information is transmitted to Licensor's servers. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

11. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by uninstalling the software. Licensor may terminate this license if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by Indonesian law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in Indonesian courts.
